At FlowDot, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- 14-Day Cooling Off Period: You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not extensively used the service.
- Service Issues: You experienced significant technical issues that prevented you from using the service, and our support team was unable to resolve them.
- Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly or charged for a subscription you did not authorize.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions after the 14-day cooling off period
- Partial month usage (subscriptions are billed in full)
- Third-party API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) - these are billed directly by the providers
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@flowdot.ai
- Include your account email address
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant transaction IDs or receipts
5. Refund Processing
We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the free tier
- Your data and workflows will be preserved
