The product works
The platform is operating across its surfaces. Workflows, recipes, agents, toolkits, apps, the Knowledge Base, permissions, audit, and cross-surface state are all built.
FlowDot funding status
FlowDot works end to end today. I have just begun looking for a co-founder or funding partner who can help turn a working solo-built platform into a growing company.
There are currently no funding partners. I am at the beginning of this search.
Where things stand
I formed FLOWDOT LLC on December 15, 2025. Since then I have continued building the platform across web, desktop, mobile, CLI, voice, VR, MCP, and the local services that keep those surfaces connected.
The product is fully working end to end. This is not a concept that still needs an engineering team before anyone can use it. The main technical risk has already been taken on and the platform exists today.
I have not taken outside funding. I do not currently have a funding partner or co-founder. I have only just begun looking.
I built every surface of this platform in twelve months while working a full time engineering job, and the company has spent $238.06 on marketing in its life. The constraint has never been whether the product can be built.
On company structure. FLOWDOT LLC is a New York limited liability company. I will convert to a Delaware C corporation when there is traction to justify it, which takes about two weeks. Most early stage investment closes on instruments that assume a C corporation. The conversion is not a blocker.
Current stage
I used the first stage to make the product work. The next stage is about putting a team and real marketing behind it.
The platform is operating across its surfaces. Workflows, recipes, agents, toolkits, apps, the Knowledge Base, permissions, audit, and cross-surface state are all built.
FLOWDOT LLC is a New York limited liability company formed on December 15, 2025.
There are no current funding partners. I am now starting conversations with potential co-founders and investors.
The only marketing so far has been $238.06 of test campaigns on two platforms, run to get an early read on customer acquisition cost. They are paused.
Early marketing signal
Total ad spend across the life of the company is $238.06, on Google Ads and LinkedIn. Meta, TikTok and X accounts are connected but never spent anything.
That produced 20 signups the ad platforms reported, which is $11.90 each. The platform has 102 users. Most of them did not come from ads.
Two people pay for FlowDot. Both are people I know personally. I do not count that as market validation.
The campaigns are paused. I paused them in May 2026 when my income stopped. They were not paused for performance.
These figures come from a FlowDot app reading my ad toolkits directly. No claim is being made here about mature CAC, lifetime value, or proven growth at scale.Who this is for
FlowDot does not target a vertical. It targets the tooling layer underneath all of them. A marketer, a recruiter, an analyst and an engineer need the same things from an agent: tools it can reach, permission before it acts, and a record of what it did. Building for one of those audiences would mean building a narrower product than the one that already works.
The same design decision is why your data cannot reach another user's account. Apps, workflows and recipes run as the person using them, against their own credentials. Even my own knowledge base documents need an explicit grant before another one of my own properties can read them. There is no mechanism for one user's data to reach another.
What is needed next
The platform can be marketed now. The constraint is no longer whether I can build the product. The constraint is having the budget and team to sell it, support it, and keep building it.
Funding would let FlowDot move from small tests into consistent marketing and give the company enough room to hire around a working product.
I am also open to the right co-founder. The strongest fit would be someone who can own parts of the company that should not remain on one technical founder forever.
The software is built. The company is formed. 102 people use it, on $238.06 of ad spend across the life of the company.
What FlowDot does not have yet is a funded team running marketing, sales, support, and company operations. That is the gap I am looking to close.
I am open to conversations with potential co-founders and funding partners who have taken the time to understand the product.
